Return Policy at Ndiamonds

At Ndiamonds, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. Therefore, we offer a flexible and transparent return policy.

Return Period:
Customers have the right to return any product purchased from Ndiamonds within 24 hours of receiving it.

Customers also have the right to exchange any Ndiamonds product within 7 days of receiving it.
Note that the product must be in new and unused condition.
This does not include custom-designed or made-to-order products.

Return Procedures:
We will process your request as soon as possible, within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:
Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is unused and unworn, we will issue a full refund of the paid amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was originally used.
Refunds typically take 7 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
